Toning, a technique that is even more powerful when done with a group, combines specific pitches/sounds with an “activating visualization” designed to raise your physical vibration.

Whenever asked what we can do to help the earth reach the completion of Sacred Status, Samuel has repeatedly answered that "group toning is one of the most powerful things you can do to help the planet," and that practicing it regularly will allow your spirit to more fully function through your awakened form, thus strengthening the energy grid around the planet.

NOTE: Each Toning practice should end with a love circle followed by a "gifts" and energy-requests circle. Due to time constraints and the personal nature of these last two sections, neither are shown on the video. However, these must be done after the two Tonings in order to create balance.

A Toning session includes:
1) Vocal warm-ups
2) A merging Heart Tone
3) Star Weaving
4) the Toning Technique done twice (instructions below)
5) A Love Circle followed by "gifts" and energy requests.

Tetrahedral Grid Toning Technique

Stand in two concentric circles, masculine and feminine, as determined either by each person’s gender or energy preference. Either circle may be on the inside, but especially if the masculine circle is small, it may be preferable for it to be on the inside. In either case, the two circles should be no more than an arm’s length apart.

Throughout the toning you will create separate hand movements for each step in the toning technique [please do not think these are optional].

Except for the flower hand movement (WHENEVER you do the flower hand movement [see illustration 2], visualize the earth within that flower, surrounded by the completed golden grid and with light bubbling forth from the heart of the planet—like water overflowing from the earth—enveloping the entire planet. Imagine that the light is love) which was specifically given by Samuel for everyone to do, create a hand movement that for you best represents the action you are visualizing during that step in the toning. Once you have found the hand movements right for you, use them at every practice.

The following two hand movements were specifically given by Samuel.

NOTE: Though they’re not visible in the photos due to the position of the earth, the outer sides of the little fingers are touching each other in Photos B and C for the Breath of Creation and in B for the Flower Hand Movement creating a “bowl” of sorts with your hands.

Masculine Circle (MC)

1. The masculine circle begins with the Breath of Creation hand movement [from position A to B to C, see Illustration 2]. At position B, visualize the earth surrounded with a golden tetrahedral grid in the center of the “flower”. While you move into position C, exhale gently and visualize your breath blowing creation energy out across your extended hands and into the heart of the planet [Position C].

2. Imagine a beam of light extending from your heart and moving up through your body, out into space and anchoring into the heart of the universe.

3. Begin toning the sound “AH” on the pitch of “D” while visualizing the sound coming from your root chakra up and out the top of your head.

4. Visualize a spiral (it begins in the space between your feet and the floor and extends to just above your head; see illustration 4).

5. Merge with and become that spiral.

6. Extend your spiral up and out from the top of your head.

7. Change your pitch to “ A”.

8. Merge your spiral with the other spirals of the MC, forming a single spiral.

9. Around the spiral, create a star tetrahedron (a double spinning tetrahedron) in which the upright tetrahedron is gold and spinning clockwise and the upside-down tetrahedron is silver and spinning counter-clockwise (see illustration 5).

Feminine Circle (FC)

1. While doing the Flower Hand Movement (see illustration 3), visualize the earth within that flower, surrounded by the completed golden grid and with light bubbling forth from the heart of the planet—like water overflowing from the earth—enveloping the entire planet. Imagine that the light is love.

2. If you have chosen the FC, do the following visualization while the Masculine Circle is toning the pitch “D”:

a. in order to do the working of Light you are preparing to do, affirm that your energy functions at its highest possible frequency and you are the best possible channel of Light;

b. affirm that you are grounded;

c. merge with Samuel.

3. When everyone in the MC is toning “A” begin toning the sound “AH” on the pitch of “A”, “D” or “F#” (see illustration 1).

4. Visualize a spiral (it begins in the space between your feet and the floor and extends to just above your head, see illustration 4).

5. Merge with and become that spiral.

6. Extend your spiral up and out the top of your head and change your pitch momentarily to “A”, “D” or “F#” (thereafter, you may vary your pitches from “A”, to “D” to “F#” if you wish).

7. Merge your spiral with the other spirals of the FC.

8. Around the spiral, create a star tetrahedron (a double spinning tetrahedron) in which the upright tetrahedron is gold and spinning clockwise and the upside-down tetrahedron is silver and spinning counter-clockwise (see illustration 5).

Both Circles Together (MC after 9 and FC after 7)

1. Visualize a golden pyramid above the planet.

2. Visualize two star/spiral tetrahedrons (one from the merged masculine circle and one from the merged feminine circle) and raise them into the golden pyramid through pyramid’s base.

3. Simultaneously, while visualizing a flash of white light, merge the masculine star/spiral and the feminine star/spiral now inside the pyramid into one star/spiral, and merge the golden pyramid into the one large star/spiral. While doing the Flower Hand Movement (see illustration 3), visualize the earth within that flower, surrounded by the completed golden grid and with light bubbling forth from the heart of the planet—like water overflowing from the earth—enveloping the entire planet. Imagine that the light is love.

4. Also, at the flash of light, change your toning to a different vowel sound (from “ah” to “ohh,” for instance) and to the pitch of “ D”, remaining there until the end of the toning or until (and only if) you hear the higher harmonics and feel an undeniable urge to match the pitch of the harmonic you are hearing; if you change your pitch from “D” (and very few will) remain at your new pitch (high “A” or “D” or higher only) until the completion of the toning.

5. After doing the Flower Hand Movement (see illustration 3), lower your arms so that your hands are open, fingers relaxed and pointing downward, toward your feet, palms facing front, at about hip level and visualize the earth below you surrounded with a golden tetrahedral grid (see illustration 6). Now visualize a golden light flowing from your finger tips, through the grid, and down to the heart of the earth.

6. Continue toning until it comes to a natural end.

7. When the toning has come to an end, raise your left arm over your head, fingers straight and palm facing forward. At the same time lower your right hand straight down at your side, fingers straight and pointing downward with your palm facing back. Visualize anchoring the energy that was created up through your left arm and hand into Alcyone and down through your right arm and hand into the center of the earth.
