Relationships and Communication

“Guardians should be having better relationships, better intimacy, better sex (which is a whole lot more than just hormones and body parts), and better communications than they are now experiencing. It's time to stop doing those things that are keeping these from you, and throughout this workshop I'm going to repeatedly say, ’Please! stop doing this. And this. And this...’”

Samuel says that relationships arise from our ability to be intimate with others and to communicate in ways that satisfies humanity’s innate need for recognition, respect and security. He says relationships are directly connected to every issue in our lives, and that all our patterns fall under the rules by which we live out our relationships.

In this very practical workshop on Relationships and Communication, Samuel discusses:
• how and why communications fail;
• the three things people look for in relationships;
• how not listening is a defense mechanism;
• ways of creating ”links“ with others;
• the importance in seeing things from the top of the mountain rather than the middle of the path;
• and gives an exercise that helps become aware of our excuses, justifications, options, choices and improves our relationship with our self;
• and more!
